Care instruction.
Every YEMOJA product has been made with the utmost care. We only use premium quality materials in the hope that our products will last for a long time. Nevertheless please make sure that you follow a few care instructions.

The leather can simply be wiped lightly with a damp cloth. For the canvas you can also use the same but never rub, only gently dab the surface otherwise the structure of the fabric will be damaged. Always wash pillow covers by hand. This is to guarantee that you will have a long lasting product which will shine for a long time.

Processing and Manufacturing time.
We are proud to say that every single handbag/clutch is handmade and unique. Therefore a lot of love and work goes into every piece that we produce. No off-shelf product, especially made for its new owner. Therefore please allow for 5-10 working days for processing and manufacturing time until your new companion is ready to be shipped to you.

Packaging.
We carefully wrap the products in tissue paper and use our own padded envelopes or packaging boxes to ship them to our customers.

Materials used, Quality & Colors, Handmade.
Since all our products are completely handmade and we take a lot of pride in our production process, please allow for slight differences in products as colors might appear a little different on pictures. The sizes will always be as indicated. We only work with local artisans and every stitch is made in Cape Town.

Returns and Refunds.
It is important for us that you are happy with your YEMOJA product. However, if you do receive a product that you are not happy with, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it and we will offer a voucher for another product instead or refund you.

Anything returned must be undamaged and unused to guarantee an exchange or reimbursement.

Repairs.
Every product will be carefully checked by ourselves before leaving to you. If however there is a repair needed within three months of purchase we will do this for no extra charge if the repair needed is due to a manufacturing fault.

If a repair is needed outside of South Africa, you will be liable for the courier costs.

Customs and Imports.
You will be liable for all local requirements such as customs, import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions etc. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely depending on the state and country. Please therefore check the requirements in your country first before placing an order.

Pricing.
Our pricing is done in a way that we can put all passion and joy into every single piece and also to guarantee the best quality. We are very proud of our work. Every single piece has been designed, the material has been sourced personally by us and we do the cutting and darting. The final sewing is done by our professional artisans and we therefore also help to secure their jobs. On top of that with every single purchase, a percentage goes towards an organization. All of this generates costs and reflects in the price. This is the only way to guarantee that every piece is and will always be unique.

Shipping.
National shipping time. 3 to 4 working days shipping time within RSA.

International shipping time. 7 to 14 days shipping time outside the RSA.

If you would like to collect your product please contact us immediately after you placed your order to organize pick-up. Otherwise we will choose Postnet or a courier for the parcel to ship.

Payments.
All payments must be made before the order can be processed.

Payment options.
We accept payments with PayPal (credit card) and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

All customers can easily pay by EFT into either the Swiss or South African bank account or using Paypal.
